This is my version of an old favorite. I made these for Church brunch today and were among one of the first things to go. They are always well received no matter where they're served. Great for picnics. Make them your own, with your favorite vegetables.

Enjoy!

Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Sprinkle chopped veggies evenly over crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. ( I didn't' use cheese this time) I then sprinkle with a few pinches of salad supreme. Optional.
