This is a family favorite & a great appetizer for anytime. My husband loves this cold pizza. You can add any type of veggies you like.

Ingredients For veggie pizza

  • 2 pkg
    cresent rolls
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    dry hidden valley ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • chopped assorted veggies: cauliflower,broccoli,black olives,garden green onion,red pepper.

How To Make veggie pizza

  • 1
    Spray pan with cooking spray & place cresent rolls on 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together. Bake 350 for approx 8-10 min or until dough is done. Let crust cool.

    Mix cream cheese,mayo,sour cream & dry ranch seasoning together and spread over cooled crust.

    Cut up assorted veggies & sprinkle on crust mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Keep in refridgerator until served. Cut in to squares & enjoy.
