Ingredients

3 Tbsp
Low Sodium soy sauce
1/2 c
Vegetable Broth
2 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp
Ginger Root, minced
3
Garlic Cloves, minced
1 c
Chopped Broccoli - can use fozen
1 c
Carrots, diced - can use frozen
1 c
Celery, sliced diagonally
1 1/2 c
Bean Sprouts
1 c
Mushrooms, sliced - I use canned
4 c
Rice, cooked - I use Minute Rice

egg, beaten

bok choy -- about 6 stalks chopped
1 can(s)
small can if baby peas

Directions Step-By-Step

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and broth. Heat oil until hot in a wok. Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and carrots, bol choy, and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the celery and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add the peas, sprouts and mushrooms for another 1 minute. Add the rice and and beaten egg, continue to stir-fry until the rice is thoroughly heated.
