Ingredients

1 can(s)
veg-all (large cans or 2 small cans)
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
cheddar cheese, grated
1 can(s)
sliced water chestnuts, drained
1
ritz crackers (sleeve)
1/2 stick
oleo

Step-By-Step

1Mix first 5 ingredients (Veg-All, chopped onion, Mayonnaise, grated cheese, water chestnuts). Place in buttered 8x8 casserole dish.
2Melt Oleo, mix with crushed Ritz Crackers. Put cracker mixture on top.
3Bake at 350F until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
