Ingredients For vegetable casserole

  • 2 can
    corn, drained
  • 2 can
    french green beans, drained
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c can
    cream of celery soup
  • shredded cheese, to taste
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pkg
    ritz crackers
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first ten ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13*9 baking dish.

    Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Layer on top of vege mixture.

    Cover with alum. foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
