Ingredients

12 oz
can tuna in water, well drained
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise, fat-free
1/2
a finely chopped red onion
1/2
a finely zested lemon
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
7 oz
baby spinach leaves, stems removed
1 large
grated carrot
2 medium
diced tomatoes
8 large
tortillas or bread wraps

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Mix well ,until blended

Put a good amount of the spinach leaves, some carrot and tomato pieces in the center of each tortilla or wrap. Place equal amount of tuna mixture on top. Fold in edges and cut in half and place on plate. use string or toothpicks to hold together.
