At my house this has a different name..."YUMM"..that's what I call it!

I like to eat this with some duck sauce or sweet & sour sauce...kinda like a decontructed egg roll.

Ingredients

1
head cabbage
1-2 lb
smoked sausage
1 large
onion
potatoes ..as many as you like (4-5)
carrots ..as many as you like (i like 3)
2 Tbsp
chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1i USE A LARGE ELECTRIC NON-STICK SKILLET FOR THIS

ADD OIL BARELY TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN AND HEAT "MEDIUM"

2ADD GARLIC
ROUGH CHOP VEGIES AND ADD TO PAN
--MAKE CARROTS SMALL
COVER AND FRY STIRRING EVERY 10 MIN OR SO TILL ALL IS TENDER AND ONIONS CARMALIZED

3ADD SMOKED SAUSAGE TO TOP
COVER AND TURN TO LOW TILL SAUSAGES ARE HEATED
