TRACY'S FRIED CABBAGE N SAUSAGE
I like to eat this with some duck sauce or sweet & sour sauce...kinda like a decontructed egg roll.
- head cabbage
- 1-2 lb
- smoked sausage
- 1 large
- potatoes ..as many as you like (4-5)
- carrots ..as many as you like (i like 3)
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
ADD OIL BARELY TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN AND HEAT "MEDIUM"
ROUGH CHOP VEGIES AND ADD TO PAN
--MAKE CARROTS SMALL
COVER AND FRY STIRRING EVERY 10 MIN OR SO TILL ALL IS TENDER AND ONIONS CARMALIZED
COVER AND TURN TO LOW TILL SAUSAGES ARE HEATED
