Having health issues made relearning to cook hard to master at first. Things didn't taste very good at first. If you use several differnt seasonings, you get all the flavor without the calories, carbs or fat. Healthy eating for anyone with or without health issues.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp
garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp
ginger, minced
2 large
scallions, sliced
2 Tbsp
sherry
2 Tbsp
splenda
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
water
2 Tbsp
peanut oil
1 1/2 lb
green beans
2 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Combine garlic, ginger, scallions, sherry, splenda, soy sauce and 1TBS water. Set aside.

2Heat peanut oil over medium-heat heat. Stir fry beans until tender crisp. Add water and continue stir frying another 2 minutes or until water evaporates. Add sauce. Continue stir frying 5-6 minutes until tender.
