Tomato Slices with Basil-Honey Vinaigrette

This is simple yet so delicious. You make your own vinaigrette. Better than bottled in my opinion. Hope you enjoy this!!

Ingredients

3-4 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
salt
3/4 c
olive oil
1/2 c
tightly packed finely chopped fresh basil

Step-By-Step

1To make the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey and salt. Add the olive oil and basil and whisk to blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as you wish.
2Slice the tomatoes straight across into several slices and arrange on a platter.
3Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and serve.
