makes 6 quarts or 12 pint
garlic salt or 6 cloves garlic
Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters. Chop carrots, pepper, onions, celery into a 2 inch chop.
Add all vegetables to a stainless pot with 1 cup water.Bring to a simmer.
Add oregano, basil, garlic salt or garlic cloves. Cook until tender. Let cool.
Put into a blender, blend until smooth. put into pint jars and process.
