Due to my medical needs I have to eat a lot of Asian Mushrooms. They are extremely good for inflammation and in an effort to add variety I have been messing around with ingredients. This one is a winner and so I decided to share it. Hope you like it and feel free to expand on it!

Ingredients

1 pt
asian mushrooms, shitaki
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 Tbsp
red cooking wine
1/2 tsp
turmeric, ground
1/2 tsp
ginger powder
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Heat skillet to medium heat, add olive oil and then add cut mushrooms that have been rinsed clean. (Asian Mushrooms are high in flavanoids and key ingredients for inflammation useful in arthritis, migraine headaches, and in my case Fibromyalgia.)
2
Once you have the mushrooms in the hot pan add all other ingredients and simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes on medium low heat. Then remove and serve hot! You can also add almonds or other vegetables to vary the dish. Enjoy!
