Tasty and Different Zucchini
But, I think they're good and stand alone as a side dish and I just call them Tasty and Different Zucchini.
Its an unusual way to help use up all that summer zucchini.
- 2 c
- grated zucchini with skin left on
- 1 tsp
- old bay seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large
- egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 c
- seasoned bread crumbs (panko is good)
- butter flavored crisco for frying patties
Coat patties with bread crumbs. Fry in butter flavored Crisco until golden brown.
Serve with Ranch dressing or sour cream.
