Swiss Vegetable Medley

susan simons Recipe

By susan simons imbossmare

If your looking for a change from the original green bean casserole for Holidays and Sunday dinner this is it.

My Mom used to make this when we were having company for dinner and I made it when my boys were small.

Cheese is always a good way to get your kids to eat their veggies.

Thanks for the new recipe, Susan! And thanks for posting to the Eat Your Vegetables group. I'm sure we'll all appreciate this one. Looks like it could be done with many different types of vegetables.

What type of vegetables are in your California mix?
