Sweet Potato Cranberry Casserole
This is another recipe I obtained from a cookbook called "Savoring Cape Cod" offered by the Audubon in Wellfleet, MA

- good sized sweet potatoes or yams, boiled, peeled, and cut in 3/4-inch slices
- 12 ounce package fresh cranberries
- 1 1/4 -1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 c
- pecan halves
- 1/4 c
- orange juice
- 3/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp
- ground nutmeg
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Stir potatoes into cranberry mixture and bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
