Super Easy Swiss Veggie Medley

This is an excellent side dish to any holiday meal or just for an everyday meal. My family enjoys it, even the picky eaters.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 c
shredded swiss cheese
2/3 c
sour cream
1/2 tsp
black pepper
2 can(s)
2.8 oz french-fried onions
1 c
broccoli florets
1 c
baby carrots cut in half
1 c
cauliflower, florets

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine all the vegetables, half of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream, and pepper. stir in half of the french-fried onions.
2Spoon veggie mixture into a 3 quart rectangular baking dish.
3Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and french-fried onions. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
