Super-Easy & Delicious Brussels Sprouts Salad

- fresh brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
- 1 large
- granny smith apple, unpeeled, chopped
- 6 slice
- lean center-cut bacon
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; save 1 tablespoon drippings. Break bacon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2Place sprouts on cookie sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon bacon drippings. Roast in oven until desired doneness. We prefer them brown as the taste gets better and better the browner they get. After about 8 minutes, stir sprouts so they brown evenly.
3Remove from oven and toss with chopped apple and bacon. Serve immediately.
