I tried this last year at a baby shower for my God Daughter & LOVED it! Great treat during the hot Texas Summers...but I love it no matter what day of the season! ENJOY!

Ingredients

heads of broccoli
1 c
pecans, chopped
1
red onion, chopped & amount to desired taste
1 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 pkg
bacon bits
1 c
raisins

NOTE: THIS RECIPE SHOULD BE MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU WISH TO SERVE IT.

Cut broccoli florets into bite size pieces. Add pecans, red onion, bacon bits & raisins. Mix well & set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix mayo, sugar & red wine vinegar together until well blended.

Add mayo mixture to your broccoli mixture & blend well with a wooden spoon.

Once blended, place entire salad in a storage container & place in the frig over night. Serve the following day.
