Ingredients

1 lb
fresh asparagus, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
1 small
onion,sliced
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
sliced almonds
grated peel pf 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp
lite sot sauce

In a non-stick skillet, stir fry asparagus, onion and garlis in butter, until just tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in renaining ingredients; heat. Makes 3-4 servings.
