Ingredients For squash saute

    zucchini, sliced
  • 2
    yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make squash saute

  • 1
    Cook vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.

    Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella & basil.

    Sprinkle with parmesan.
