Yummy side dish. Got this recipe years ago from my husband's cousin and have loved it ever since.

Ingredients

2 pkg
frozen chopped spinach
8 oz
cream cheese
1 stick
butter
1/4 tsp
oregano, dried
1/4 tsp
basil, dried
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
3/4 c
crushed triscuits
2 Tbsp
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Cook spinach according to package directions ; drain thoroughly.
2Melt 1 stick butter in a saucepan; add cream cheese and spices. Mix thoroughly.
3Fold mixture into spinach and transfer into a greased 2-qt casserole dish.
4Top with crushed Triscuits which have been tossed with 2 Tbsp. melted butter.
5Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
