|2 pkg||frozen chopped spinach|
|1/2 c||ranch dressing|
|1/2 c||sour cream|
|1/2 pkg||onion soup mix|
|3/4 c||herb stuffing dry mix|
|HERBED DRESSING INGREDIENTS|
|1 c||panko bread crumbs|
|1/4 tsp||celery salt|
|1 tsp||parsley flakes|
|1/2 tsp||seasoned pepper|
|garlic powder to taste|
Cook spinach according to directions, drain and press firmly.
In mixing bowl, stir together ranch dressing, sour cream and onion soup mix.
Put in greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Top with herbed dressing.
Blend and spread herbed dressing ingredients over casserole.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
