| 1/2 c | ranch dressing |
| 1/2 c | sour cream |
| 1/2 pkg | onion soup mix |
| 3/4 c | herb stuffing dry mix |

| 1 c | panko bread crumbs |
| 1/4 tsp | celery salt |
| 1/4 tsp | oregano |
| 1 tsp | parsley flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | seasoned pepper |

Directions
Cook spinach according to directions, drain and press firmly.In mixing bowl, stir together ranch dressing, sour cream and onion soup mix.Put in greased 1-quart casserole dish.Top with herbed dressing.Blend and spread herbed dressing ingredients over casserole.Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
