| 3 large | eggs, boiled and chopped |
| 1/2 c | pepper jack cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 small | red onion, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | red pepper, chopped |
| DRESSING | |
| 1/3 c | mayonnaise |
| 1/3 c | buttermilk, whole fat |
| 1 pkg | ranch dry mix |
| 1 Tbsp | red wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp | truvia |
| 1-2 tsp | crushed red pepper |
| 1 pinch | sea salt |

Quick, easy and tasty salad for any occassion. Your family and friends will love you for making this special to-go salad. For a healthier version use turkey bacon, nonfat buttermilk and low calorie mayo. No one will be the wiser. Cooking with Passion, sw:)
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve.
