Ingredients

14 oz frozen green peas, thawed
2-3 slice bacon, cooked and sliced
3 large eggs, boiled and chopped
1/2 c pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp red pepper, chopped
DRESSING
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c buttermilk, whole fat
1 pkg ranch dry mix
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp truvia
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 pinch sea salt

Quick, easy and tasty salad for any occassion. Your family and friends will love you for making this special to-go salad. For a healthier version use turkey bacon, nonfat buttermilk and low calorie mayo. No one will be the wiser. Cooking with Passion, sw:)

 

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve.

OHHH YUMMM...this looks awesome Sherri...I whould use sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack tho..not a fan of pepper jack.
