Spaghetti Squash Bake

- 3 c
- cooked spaghetti squash (1 medium one)
- large garden tomatoes, sliced
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- dried basil
- dried parsley
- 5 oz
- mexican cheese blend, finely shredded
1Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 11x9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2Spread about 1 cup of spaghetti squash on the bottom and top with a layer of sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, spices and cover with 1.5 ounces of cheese.
3Repeat step 2 and top with the final layer of squash, the last 2 ounces of cheese and sprinkle with the spices one last time.
4Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
