This recipe is quick and easy –ready in about 15 minutes. These beans are delicious and are a very popular side dish when served with steaks, chops or chicken.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
canola oil
1 lb
trimmed fresh green beans, washed and dried
1 tsp
smoked sea salt
1/2 tsp
greek seasoning
1/2 tsp
minced garlic
3 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans. Sprinkle with sea salt and seasoning. Cook for 10-12 minutes until beans are slightly browned, stirring often.
2Sprinkle with garlic then drizzle with vinegar.
3Reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes more or until liquid is evaporated, stirring constantly. Remove to serving platter. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
