- mushrooms, whole
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- butter milk
- 1 pkg
- dry ranch dressing mix
1Clean, peel and pop stems out of mushrooms and set aside.
2In a bowl mix together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
3In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, pepper, and buttermilk until it is desired consistency for batter.
4Stuff the mushrooms with cream cheese mixture, dip in batter mixture and deep fry until golden brown.
Good to dip in Marzetti Sweet and Sour sauce.
