Sesame Stir-fried green beans with almonds
Blue Lake green beans are good to use.

- 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp
- sesame oil (a little goes a long way - you can always add more if you desire)
- 2 lb
- stringless green beans (you want young ones, about the thickness of a pencil, or cut them lengthwise in half)
- 1/2 c
- slivered almonds
- salt and pepper to taste
1In a large skillet, saute green beans in both oils over medium high heat for about 7-10 minutes. Beans should be tender crisp.
2Stir in almonds, salt and pepper, and serve.
