4 c
fresh or frozen corn
3
eggs, beaten
1 c
milk
1 c
crushed saltines
3 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, milk, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
