A recipe that was passed down by my mother, this has been a favorite in my family for many years. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

3 can(s)
creamed corn
3 medium
eggs

sleeve saltine crackers
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350*.

Empty corn into a medium-size oven proof bowl.

Mixing by hand, add the eggs.

Crush the crackers into medium to small pieces; fold into the egg-corn mixture until well blended.

Place on middle rack of preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour.
