I found this recipe in a microwave recipe book from my first microwave. My husband doesn't really like cooked cauliflower, but he really likes this. It is fast and easy.

Ingredients For savory cauliflower

1 mdhead of cauliflower

1/2 cmayonnaise or salad dressing

1 tspdry minced onion
-
1/2 tspdry mustard
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
4 slicecolby cheese, colby jack cheese, cheddar cheese

paprika
How To Make savory cauliflower

1Cut cone shape wedge out of cauliflower core. Place in 1 1/2 qt. microwaveable casserole dish with 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook on HI (max power) for 9 minutes. Drain moisture.

2Mix mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt. Spoon sauce over cauliflower. Lay cheese slices over top of cauliflower. Cook, uncovered, on 70% (roast) for 1 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle top with paprika.

3Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
