1 large vidalia onion, thinly sliced
3 pkg 6 ounce bags prewashed baby spinach
1 pinch salt and pepper

I like this combination. This came from The Deen Brothers when they visited Key West, Florida. Its simple and to the point. Its also very yuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmy.

 

Directions

In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes or until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add the spinach; cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
