Ingredients

3 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
white wine
2-9 oz
packages spinach
3/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1In large skillet, sauté garlic colves in olive oil for one minute. Add white wine.
2Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted.
