This recipe is my dad's and a Cuban tradition, passed down and sooo perfect for dipping with bread as well as topping eggs....

Ingredients For salsita. aka garlicky tomato dipping/topping sauce

    tomato, chopped
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt/pepper to taste

How To Make salsita. aka garlicky tomato dipping/topping sauce

    In a sauce pan,put olive oil and chopped tomatoes.

    add in garlic, tomato sauce,salt/pepper...simmer about 15 mins....
