fresh Garlic and Crispy pancetta, with roasted Green beans, lemon juice and cherry Tomatoes, with parmesan, not your same old green beans, these have a great flavor to them.

Ingredients For rosted green beans and pancetta

  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh green beans ( ends trimmed )
  • 3 clove
    garlic ( chopped )
  • 4 oz
    pancetta ( diced )
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes ( halved )
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make rosted green beans and pancetta

  • 1
    pre - heat Oven to 500 - On a rimmed baking sheet, put the green beans , garlic, and Pancetta - toss them all togeather and then spread them out in an even layer. Place in the HOT oven and Roast them for 10 minutes, Or untill the green beans are roasted, watch them carefully, When all is roasted, - Transfer the Beans, garlic and pancetta along with all the juices on the Pan to a Large Bowl- Drizzle the lemon juice over all and add the tomatoes - Season with salt and Pepper to your taste and then toss everthing togeather. Sprinkle the cheese across the top.
