Ingredients For roasted radishes

  • 4 bunch
    radishes, trimmed of leaves & halved
  • 1 md
    onion, sliced
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • SERVE ON (OPTIONAL):
  • cheesy polenta or grits

How To Make roasted radishes

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • 2
    In a large bowl, combine butter & oil; stir to combine. Add radishes, onion, salt & pepper; toss to coat.

    Spread radishes in single layer on baking sheet. Roast 20 - 25 minutes. Pour onto serving platter.

    In a small bowl, combine thyme, parsley & lemon juice. Pour over radish mixture; toss to coat. If desired, serve on cheesy polenta or cheesy grits.
