Ingredients For roasted radishes

4 bunchradishes, trimmed of leaves & halved
-
1 mdonion, sliced
-
1 stickbutter, melted
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin
-
salt & pepper, to taste

1 Tbspthyme, dried
-
1 Tbspparsley
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
- SERVE ON (OPTIONAL):

cheesy polenta or grits
How To Make roasted radishes

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine butter & oil; stir to combine. Add radishes, onion, salt & pepper; toss to coat.

3Spread radishes in single layer on baking sheet. Roast 20 - 25 minutes. Pour onto serving platter.

4In a small bowl, combine thyme, parsley & lemon juice. Pour over radish mixture; toss to coat. If desired, serve on cheesy polenta or cheesy grits.
