I adapted this from a recipe posted by gaynel mohler. Its delicious and very rich. It appeals to kids and adults. Not low in fat or calories but OK in moderation.

If your kids won't eat vegetables introduce them to yummy recipes like this and gradually make the dish better for them by using reduced fat/calorie ingredients. After a while they should be willing to try fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.

I have to admit this is how I finally got to drinking skimmed milk. I gradually reduced the percentage of fat in the milk I drank and now I don't even like whole milk.
