Ingredients

head cauliflower
1/2 c
parsley, chopped fine
1/2 c
red onion, diced fine
1/2 c
cherry tomatoes, finely diced
1 small
lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp
lemon, juiced
8 small
pods okra, sliced in rounds

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut the cauliflower in florets and process in 2 batches. Wash okra and pat dry cut into rounds.

Pour cauliflower and okra into a large mixing bowl mix .

Add all of the other ingredients into the bowl with the cauliflower and okra and mix thoroughly.

When mixed, serve or store the tabouli in the fridge until your ready to serve.
