Ingredients

1 pkg
purple asparagus (available at trader joe's), cut into 2" sticks
2 c
yellow squash, sliced
1 medium
sweet potato, cut into sticks
1 1/2 c
sliced mushrooms
2 medium
red peppers, sliced in circles
2 c
sugar snap peas
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
garam marsala

Step-By-Step

1pre-slice veggies
2heat olive oil, sprinkle in garam marsala
3first add asparagus, saute for 10 minutes
then add the remaining veggies and saute another 20 minutes
4remove from heat and serve
