Ingredients For poppin corn casserole:)

  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 1 c
    corn meal
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    (optional) sugar
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 stick
    oleo
  • 2-4
    jalapeno peppers, chopped

How To Make poppin corn casserole:)

  • 1
    Mix all ingrediants and place in casserole dish.
  • 2
    Cook on 350 degrees until set and slightly brown on top 20-25 minutes. (If unfamiliar with jalapenos a little goes a very long way lol:))
