A delicious twist on corn. My experiment turned out to be just the flavor I was looking for, and who doesn't love bacon? Yum!

Ingredients

Fresh
corn on the cob, as many as needed
Peanut
butter - creamy
Thick
cut bacon
Melted
butter
Shredded
parmesan cheese
Salt
& pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Turn on your grill to medium.

Lightly coat corn with peanut butter.

Wrap corn in one slice of bacon for each ear. Secure with toothpick . May want to soak the picks in water, I didn't.

Step 2 Direction Photo

2Place on grill and turn often., until corn and bacon are cooked. Baste with butter when about ready to remove from grill.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3While hot, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan. Or season with your favorites.
