Ingredients For pea salad

  • 2
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 can
    early peas or baby peas
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise or salad dressisng

How To Make pea salad

  • 1
    Drain Peas and put into a medium size bowl, add chopped onion and chopped eggs, stir in mayo/salad dressing to your liking. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
