Over medium heat, melt butter then saute onion and garlic cook until softened.
Add zucchini and cook 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce.
Sprinkle with the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Stir rice into the zucchini mixture, pour into dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until cheese is golden about 30 minutes.
