Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
freshly grated parmesan
fresh ground black pepper
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.
2Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.
3Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.
4Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
