Ingredients

stalks of asparagus
1 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
freshly grated parmesan
1/2 tsp
fresh ground black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.

Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.

Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
