Panko Breaded fried Squash
These are addicting. They are so light and tasty. They remind me of something else, still cannot put my finger on it.
- **yellow squash
- ** flour
- **panko bread crumbs
- **mrs. dash original blend
- **canola oil
1Slice yellow squash into rounds. Place flour in one pie plate, beaten eggs in another, and panko in another. Add Mrs. Dash to each one and mix well.
2Dip squash in flour, then eggs, then panko. Fry for 3 or so minutes on each side.
