This is a great slaw for summer as it has no mayo. Just in time for the 4th and summer cookouts, it is made the night before thus freeing you up the day of the event. This slaw picks up flavor as it sits overnight and remains crunchy the next day. Use any color of peppers that you prefer. Here I have used yellow and red. Light, fresh, and flavorful. Bring copies of the recipe; everyone requests it!
