Oven Roasted Cauliflower

I have been making different versions of roasted cauliflower for years. We just love it.

Ingredients

1
medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
3 large
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 c
olive oil
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and
garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
