Our Favorite Green Beans

- 2 lb
- fresh green beans, cleaned
- 1 1/2 c
- chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp
- olive oil
- salt & cracked peper to taste
- garlic to taste (crushed, either fresh or in oil) i usually use 2 tbsp.
1Put oil in hot skillet or wok, add beans & garlic, stir for 1 minute.
2Add chicken broth, salt & pepper. Simmer with lid on until crisp tender, stir several times.
3Serve warm. Lovely with a bit of shredded Parmesan cheese or asiago cheese sprinkled on top.
