Norma's Zucchini Chips

My garden always over flows with Zucchini and I love to make different recipes with them. This is one that I like a lot because it is low calorie and taste so good. For those that are not on a diet; you can add parmesan cheese to breadcrumbs and while hot out of the oven you can dip them in your favorite pizza sauce.

Ingredients

1/2 c
italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 large
zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
3 large
egg whites, lightly beaten
cooking spray

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 475
2Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish
3Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on zucchini slices
4Dip zucchini slices into egg whites and place in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to coat.
5Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
6Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until browned
7Remove from baking sheet unto a platter and serve hot.
8* also good with your favorite pizza sauce for dipping if desired
