HEAT UP HALF OF THE OIL N FRY UNTIL GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES...ADD MORE OIL N CONTINUE FRYN REMAINN PATTIES. MAKE SURE THEY R DARK ENOUGH SO WEN U FLIP PATTIES THEY WONT FALL APART :)
