Ingredients

1/4 small
peeled and pitted avocado
2 Tbsp
chopped and seedless cucumber
1 Tbsp
chopped red bell pepper
juice of 1/4 lime
1/8 tsp
salt
pinch of ancho chile powder

Coarsley mash the avocado in a bowl. Stir in the cucumber, red bell pepper, lime, salt and chile powder. Serve with yellow bell pepper. Serve 1
